Registered Dental Hygienist
Part-time, 3 days per week. 457 Hazeldean Road, Unit 6, Kanata.
We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our team three days a week. You'll care for a family patient base of children, adults and seniors, and work with a dentist who provides implant and gum treatment in the office, so periodontal care is a real part of the role.
What you'll do
- Hygiene appointments: assessments, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride and sealants
- Periodontal charting and maintenance for gum and implant patients
- Coaching patients on home care
- Radiographs as prescribed
What we're looking for
- Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO), or eligibility to register
- Clear, kind communication with patients of all ages
- Experience with Dentally practice software is an asset, not a requirement
