Meet Dr. Anahita Azadi
General dentist and practice owner. Many patients call her Dr. Anna.
Dr. Azadi took over Hazeldean Family Dental Centre in 2025. Alongside everyday family dentistry, she provides dental implants, crowns and bridges, wisdom tooth extractions, gum treatment and gum grafting here in the office, so patients can often have their whole treatment plan carried out in one place.
She takes time to show you what she sees, sets out your options with their costs, and leaves the decision with you.
Same team, new chapter
Dr. Azadi took over the practice in 2025 and kept the team our patients know. Dr. Cynthia Simon and Dr. Kyra de Gouw, who founded the practice in 1997, are still part of it, and several team members have been here for more than 20 years.

Written plan
Steps, timeline and costs in writing before anything begins.
Placement
The implant is placed here in our office under local anaesthetic.
Your new tooth
After healing, typically several weeks to a few months, we fit your crown, bridge or denture.
