What we collect through this website
When you send an appointment request or job application, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, preferred times, your message and, for job applications, your resume. We ask you not to include detailed health information in website forms.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request: to book an appointment, answer your question or consider your application. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Your health information
Personal health information collected at the office is handled under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). It is used to provide your care, is kept securely, and is shared only with your consent or as the law permits or requires.
Cookies and third-party services
We use Google Ads to let people know about our practice. To measure which ads work, this website may use the Google tag, which sets cookies and tells Google when someone who clicked one of our ads calls us from the website or sends an appointment request. It does not send your name, contact details or form answers to Google. You can manage how Google uses ad data at My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps, and the site's fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may receive basic technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
